The Community Leadership Award honors an individual whose leadership has strengthened the leather, kink, and fetish community through mentorship, service, and sustained commitment.
This award recognizes those who lead with intention, build trust, create opportunity, and carry responsibility with integrity and care. It celebrates leadership that is practiced through action and presence rather than simply claimed by title.
Ideal nominees may include organizers, mentors, educators, titleholders, or leaders whose influence has positively shaped the wider community.
